How is the loan disbursed?

Funding U loans are disbursed directly to you, the student, upon the conclusion of your school's Add/Drop period.  Once your final registration has been verified, we deposit your loan proceeds directly to your checking account.  Half your loan will be disbursed for the Fall semester and the other half we be disbursed at the start of your Spring semester.

If you are approved and accept your loan offer, FundingU will send you a Loan Pre-Approval Letter you are encouraged to share with your Financial Aid Office.
